LEE BROZGOL
”FYI, I ride my bike every day going to work and have been doing this for years!
I've had bikes as long as I've had dogs which, really, is most of my life. I totally
like the attention your organization is focussing on city cycling and I hope it will
lead to a deeper awareness of just how practical cycling is—especially in an urban
center like NYC. I am a painter and a ceramist. Purposely, I do not say, "I am a potter;" because, even though I work in clay, the pieces I do are more surfaces to decorate; and, in that way, more akin to painting than to pottery. I have often used photographs as an adjunct to my painting or as a way of documenting my work. That is, until I got a digital camera and fell in love with this new medium. It is so liberating. I take my camera everywhere.”
